No problem putting this frame together - works great for my son's double bed and was a great, inexpensive find. Attached the head-board with no problem (hardware not included for this)., There is not much to this product - very simple and easy to use. We set it to queen, but twin or king is also easy and changing from one to another - should we need to - is a piece of cake as well. "Attach to Headboard Only" does not mean a headboard is required (we aren't using one), it merely means there is no way to attach a footboard. We have put this frame on 6" risers to raise the bed and give us more storage underneath and all is working well.
