I received my frame within 3 days of ordering it. It came in a nice sized box that wasn't too big. The instructions were RIGHT on the box, a label covered part of it, but I just peeled it back and figured it all out. I'm a female! I put together this bed by myself with no help at all! I even was able to attach a headboard to it! I feel so handy hehe. The bed is sturdy! The extra support bar is really nice. The frame comes together pretty fast and overall its a snap!
